Lilly Otth is a Talent Acquisition Manager with headcount AG serving our clients in the Life Science Industry in Switzerland and globally. She performs full life-cycle recruitment to place ideal candidates into Mid – to Senior level positions in commercial, scientific, and clinical as well as corporate functions.

Additionally, she led many of the research and mapping projects that the company undertakes, as her core strength lies in sourcing hard-to-find, highly scientific profiles via routes that are rarely used in the recruiting industry. She’s currently working onsite for one of headcount AG’s clients.
During and following her Ph.D. in Metalorganic Chemistry from the ETH in Zürich she held positions in the Quality Control Department at MEDA Pharma and worked project-based on REACH/GHS compliance towards a major audit at EWZ.
