Based in Zurich, I work across the business to help ensure the best possible experience at every stage of the journey.

My role at headcount
I oversee internal hiring coordination and employee lifecycle processes to help ensure a smooth experience across the business. My role includes managing people administration, maintaining internal systems and documentation, coordinating training and review processes, and supporting day-to-day employee and office operations.
I also work closely with external partners and colleagues across the business to help keep processes organised, reliable, and people-focused.
Background & expertise
I started with a PhD in Biology focused on Type 2 Diabetes research in France. After moving to Switzerland, I transitioned into the Medical Device industry as a Clinical Research Associate, where I gained a better understanding of the business side of life sciences.
With experience across academia, industry, recruitment, and now People Operations, I bring both a scientific mindset and a people-focused approach to my work.
What I bring to the team
I bring empathy, positivity, and a collaborative mindset to my work. I like creating a supportive environment where people feel heard, helped, and able to move forward with more clarity.
My background in recruitment and sourcing also helps me understand both the practical side of hiring and the human side of the process, which is especially useful in People Operations.
my approach
How I came to headcount
After a one-year trip, I realised I wanted to move into a more people-focused role while still staying connected to the life sciences world. That’s how I joined headcount, first as a 360 consultant, then in recruitment, and now within People Operations.
My scientific background helped me better understand client needs and connect more naturally with candidates, while my experience across different roles gave me a broader understanding of how people and businesses work together.
My philosophy
I believe People Operations should make people feel supported, valued, and comfortable in their day-to-day work. For me, good internal processes are not just about organisation, but about creating an environment where people can work smoothly and enjoy being part of the team.
In practice, that means staying approachable, solution-oriented, and attentive to both the big picture and the small everyday details that make a difference.

Outside work, you’ll usually find me walking with my dog, spending time in my garden, or looking at flats and houses. Yes, it is a passion.
My superpower is being an underdog defender. I may seem calm, but when I believe in someone or something, I will fight for it much harder than people expect.
A belief I stand by: we underestimate how much impact a genuinely caring candidate can have compared to a purely high-performing one.
