my approach
How I came to headcount
I joined headcount because I wanted to work in a small company where I could help build the foundations of the brand in a real and lasting way.
My path into this work has been anything but linear, and that is exactly what shaped the way I think: combining analytical thinking, creativity, and human understanding. What drew me in was the chance to create something purposeful, where strategy is not just designed on paper but can be seen, felt, and improved across the whole business.
At headcount, I can help shape the full picture and turn ideas into a stronger experience for everyone we work with.
My philosophy
I believe digital should make work easier and give people back the fun of their job and the space for creativity.
To me, good strategy is not about adding noise, but about creating clarity, trust, and better experiences. In practice, that means building systems, communication, and brand touchpoints that feel useful, thoughtful, and human.
I’m energised by the fact that challenges are always changing, and I’m committed to building authority for the brand while helping create the most qualitative and innovative service possible.

Outside work, you’ll usually find me walking in nature with my dog, doing yoga, or getting into something a little witchy.
My superpower is being a mediator. I naturally look for the other side of the story, which helps me understand different perspectives, connect people, and find common ground.
And my unpopular opinion? You always play a role in your own failure. Uncomfortable, yes, but also quite useful.
