I come from an international recruitment background and have worked across different European markets. Over time, I specialised in technical recruitment, with a focus on GMP-regulated life science manufacturing.

This helps me look beyond the job title. I consider the technical requirements, the working environment, and the kind of person who will succeed in the role.

My philosophy

I like to keep recruitment clear, honest, and structured. For me, a good match is not only about skills on paper. It is also about reliability, communication, and whether the person fits the environment.

I work closely with both clients and candidates, ask the right questions early, and keep the process transparent. My goal is to make hiring straightforward, efficient, and valuable for everyone involved.
