I help life science companies find the right talent across techops, engineering, manufacturing, and IT.

I mainly work with manufacturing sites and technical teams across the life science lifecycle, particularly within production and QA environments, where finding the right long-term fit is essential.

With a background in science and hands-on exposure to IT and marketing, I understand both the technical side of the roles and the people behind them. Based in Zurich, I support clients and candidates across Switzerland and the EU, focusing on long-term matches that genuinely work.

Industry knowledge

My interest in science started early, with a biotechnology-focused high school where I studied biology and psychology. Before moving into recruitment, I also explored IT and marketing, which gave me a broader understanding of different roles and career paths.

Today, this helps me better understand technical positions across engineering, manufacturing, and IT. I can speak the same language as my clients and candidates, ask the right questions, and quickly recognise what a strong match looks like.

My philosophy

I keep things clear, honest, and efficient. I believe good recruitment starts with transparent communication and a strong understanding of what both sides are really looking for. I give direct feedback, move quickly, and make sure clients and candidates always know where they stand.

At the same time, I focus on more than just the CV. I look at the full picture—the role, the team, the environment, and the person behind it. My goal is to build long-term relationships and create matches that genuinely work for everyone involved.
