XIAO WU
Xiao is a Talent Acquisition Consultant in the headcount AG contracting team. She holds a BSc in Environmental Science and Engineering and a MSc in Environmental and Energy Management. Her interest in life sciences and her passion for connecting people are the key reasons she chose to become a recruiter in this field.
Prior to headcount, Xiao had already worked in life sciences recruitment, catering to the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device industries of the Benelux region. Here at headcount, she is dedicated to pharmaceuticals and biotech.
Outside of work, Xiao enjoys cooking and singing and is currently also studying for a Bachelor in Jazz Vocal Music.
