Description
We are supporting a growing life sciences organisation in the search for an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis through to the end of the year.
This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Coordination position and can quickly step into a busy, fast paced environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth hiring process by coordinating interviews, managing recruitment administration, and partnering with internal stakeholders across HR, Legal, Finance, and hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and calendars
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers with day to day recruitment administration
  • Prepare, track, and maintain recruitment documentation and records
  • Coordinate employment contracts and documentation with Legal and HR teams
  • Process and track invoices related to recruitment activities
  • Maintain accurate data within recruitment systems and applicant tracking tools
  • Support onboarding activities and ensure a seamless candidate experience

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Recruitment Coordinator, or similar role
  • Proven track record coordinating interviews and managing recruitment administration in a high volume environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Responsive, proactive, and able to work with urgency when priorities change
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working cross functionally with recruiters, hiring managers, Legal, HR, and Finance teams
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment
