Product Development Manager
On-site, Lausanne l Full-time l Permanent contract
Our client is an innovative company in the health and longevity sector, focused on developing science-driven nutrition and personal care products. They are looking for a Product Development Manager to drive product innovation from concept to commercialisation across a diverse portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end product development from concept and formulation through to commercial launch
• Manage product development projects across supplements, with a strong focus on gummies and innovative delivery formats
• Work closely with the scientific team while acting as the operational bridge between R&D and production
• Coordinate with external manufacturing partners and CDMOs, including scale up and troubleshooting activities
• Ensure products meet key formulation requirements including texture, stability, and manufacturability
• Contribute to product positioning and market fit analysis by assessing competitor products and commercial potential
• Support the company’s broader growth strategy by helping demonstrate the value and scalability of the product portfolio
• Manage timelines, priorities, and cross functional coordination in a fast moving environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience in supplement or nutrition product development
• Strong understanding of formulation and manufacturing processes
• Hands on mindset with the ability to work effectively in a small and agile structure
• Experience working directly with manufacturing sites and understanding production challenges
• Creative and solution oriented profile with a passion for bringing products to market
• Comfortable managing projects independently and interacting with senior stakeholders
