For a current project in pharmaceutical manufacturing, we are looking for an experienced PAS-X / MES Integration Lead.

Project Focus

The project focuses on the integration and further development of Werum / Körber PAS-X within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. A key focus is the integration of PAS-X with Level 2 and Level 3 systems of the automation pyramid, as well as collaboration with adjacent systems such as DeltaV, PCS7, OSIsoft PI and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the integration of PAS-X with automation and production systems
• Analyze existing PAS-X interfaces and data flows
• Support PAS-X upgrade or migration activities
• Assess the impact of changes on connected systems and interfaces
• Collaborate with Automation, IT, Manufacturing, QA and Validation teams
• Coordinate an MES workstream or technical sub workstream
• Support testing, troubleshooting, documentation and change control activities
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP and pharmaceutical quality requirements

Requirements

• Hands on experience with Werum / Körber PAS-X
• Experience integrating PAS-X within Level 2 and Level 3 environments
• Good understanding of PAS-X system architecture
• Experience with DeltaV, PCS7 or OSIsoft PI
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
• Previous experience as Workstream Lead, Project Manager or Technical Lead
• Good understanding of interfaces, data flows, batch execution and equipment integration
• Very good English skills, minimum C1 level

Nice to Have

• Experience with PAS-X upgrades or migrations
• Experience with PAS-X and SAP integration
• Knowledge of MBR design, recipe management or electronic batch documentation
• Experience with validation, testing and change control in a GMP environment

Project Duration and Workload

• Planned duration: 6 to 18 months
• Workload: initially around 50 percent, with an increase to full time in 2027
• Onsite presence: approximately 20 to 40%
