As a Zürich-based international team, we are on an ambitious growth track and are looking for a warm-hearted, entrepreneurial and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our team.

 
Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources: Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration for both internal employees and external contractors.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure all HR policies are up-to-date, communicated well within the business and compliant with Swiss labour law.
  • Onboarding & Development: Design seamless onboarding experiences and create and implement Learning & Development strategies and trainings.
  • Contractor Care: Onboard and manage our external contractors, ensuring clear communication and support for their needs.
  • Operations Management: Oversee vendors, office supplies, service contracts and assist in the development and implementation of operational policies.
  • Talent Acquisition: Proactively help us build a pool of talent and support our internal hiring efforts as we scale.
  • Culture & Growth Projects: Lead initiatives to strengthen our team culture, finalize career development plans, and enhance employee packages.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced & Personable: You bring 3-5+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Operations Management, preferably in recruitment or a service-based / consulting industry.
  • Proficient in Payroll Management: You have managed payrolling, including executing end-of-month payments to employees, and ideally have working knowledge of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) in Switzerland.
  • Detail-Oriented & Warm-Hearted: You’re someone who cares deeply about people, but also excels in creating structure, setting priorities, ensuring proper administration and managing operational processes.

  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Leapsome, SwissSalary, MS Dynamics, and Google Suite is a plus. 
  • You are fluent in English and German.
