We are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Associate to join an innovative biotechnology environment supporting advanced biological manufacturing processes.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in bioprocessing, cell culture, fermentation, or GMP manufacturing who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced setting with cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute upstream bioprocess activities, including cell culture and fermentation processes
  • Prepare equipment, media, and materials for manufacturing campaigns
  • Operate and monitor bioprocess equipment, including bioreactors
  • Perform in-process sampling and routine analytical measurements
  • Accurately complete batch records and manufacturing documentation
  • Clean, maintain, and support the calibration of production equipment
  • Follow GMP guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards
  • Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Process Development, Engineering, and Quality teams
  • Support troubleshooting and continuous process improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree or technical qualification in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience in bioprocessing, cell culture, fermentation, or biopharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Experience working in GMP-regulated and/or cleanroom environments
  • Familiarity with aseptic techniques and production documentation
  • Experience operating bioreactors or other bioprocess equipment is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
  • Good command of English

  • Mammalian cell culture experience
  • Upstream processing experience
  • Single-use bioreactor experience
  • Pilot-scale manufacturing experience
  • Experience supporting process optimization or technology transfer activities
