My path into recruitment didn’t start in life sciences. I began in the financial sector, supporting hiring both in-house and on the agency side.
Over time, I specialised in life science recruitment, focusing on clinical, regulatory, quality, and HR functions, with a strong emphasis on contract hiring.
This experience helps me adapt quickly to different business environments, understand what each team needs, and identify professionals who can step in and make an immediate impact.
How I work
I’m naturally direct and like to keep things clear and realistic from the start. That means asking the right questions early, setting honest expectations, and keeping communication straightforward throughout the process.
A big part of my work is building long-term relationships. I bring a positive, solution-oriented mindset, especially when contract hiring becomes unpredictable or priorities change.
I enjoy identifying profiles that may not be the most obvious on paper but can make a real difference in practice.

My superpower is making people feel seen while thriving in chaos.
Outside work, you’ll usually find me by the lake with my dog Frijolita, writing something I may or may not finish, or working on Casa FENIX, my NGO, where I support migrant women to rebuild stability and create new opportunities.
And my unpopular opinion? Most people wait too long to make a move. Permanent roles aren’t always the safer choice. Do it for the plot!
