Office Manager
On-site, Lausanne l Full-time l 12 Month-contract
Our client is an innovative company in the health and longevity sector, dedicated to developing science backed solutions that support healthier lives. They are looking for an Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support the CEO and ensure the smooth day to day running of the office.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, balancing executive support responsibilities with office management and operational coordination.
Responsibilities
- Provide high level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials
- Manage office operations and ensure an organised, efficient, and welcoming workplace
- Coordinate suppliers, service providers, and office related budgets
- Organise team meetings, company events, and offsites
- Support HR and onboarding activities for new employees
- Assist with project coordination and follow up on key business initiatives
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
- Fluent in English, French is a strong advantage
