As part of an exciting phase of growth and transformation, we are seeking a Team Lead Product Development to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for the development of next-generation implantology solutions.

The RoleReporting into senior R&D leadership, you will lead a team of Product Development Engineers working on complex product development initiatives within a highly regulated environment.
You will be responsible for
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of engineers
- Creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow
- Translating strategic objectives into clear priorities and actionable plans
- Driving collaboration across engineering, quality, regulatory, operations, and manufacturing teams
- Providing technical leadership on complex product development projects
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and quality requirements
- Supporting continuous improvement of product development processes and methodologies
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Experience within medical devices or another regulated industry
- Previous experience leading people, projects, or technical teams
- A coaching-oriented leadership style with a genuine passion for developing others
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience navigating complex cross-functional environments
- Fluent English language skills
