The RoleReporting into senior R&D leadership, you will lead a team of Product Development Engineers working on complex product development initiatives within a highly regulated environment.

You will be responsible for

• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of engineers
• Creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow
• Translating strategic objectives into clear priorities and actionable plans
• Driving collaboration across engineering, quality, regulatory, operations, and manufacturing teams
• Providing technical leadership on complex product development projects
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and quality requirements
• Supporting continuous improvement of product development processes and methodologies

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Experience within medical devices or another regulated industry
• Previous experience leading people, projects, or technical teams
• A coaching-oriented leadership style with a genuine passion for developing others
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience navigating complex cross-functional environments
• Fluent English language skills
