Process Engineering Manager

Our client is a leading global provider of specialized materials and packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. RESPONSIBILITIES

_As a Teal Leader, you develop your team and build competencies
_You represent the team throughout the organization and upper management
_You collaborate with the other departments like R&D and production
_You plan and coordinate resources to support projects
_You secure intellectual property of innovative technologies and processes

REQUIREMENTS 

_You hold a degree in Life Science or Engineering
_You have 3 years of experience as a team lead
_You have several years of experience in Process Engineering
_Strong knowledge of process development of pharma or medical devices packaging 
_You speak and can work in German and English
