#2 Getting to know you
If you are a great fit, we schedule a call to get to know you better and discover your compatibility with the job you are applying for.
If you have a great profile but are not a perfect fit, we will still schedule a call to check what kind of job you are looking for.
#3 Profile sharing
If we believe you would be a good fit for the position, we share your profile with the company, highlighting your strengths and emphasizing why you are a good match for the team.
#4 Interview stage
Great news – the prospective company also thinks you would be a good candidate! Now we start the interview process. For each interview, you will receive a brief from us to help you prepare as well as possible. We also provide you with feedback after every interview.
#5 Final step
Congratulations! You have successfully gone through the process, and the client has extended an offer to you. We will support you throughout the negotiation process until you sign the contract.
