Their growth rate is rising and for this reason we are looking for a recruiter who will support Talent Acquisition for the next 6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Management of entire recruitment process from job posting to placement for France and Benelux.
• Recruit roles of various levels and build up Key Account Management teams for your region.
• Provide strategic advice to hiring managers in recruitment challenges or opportunities.
• Provide a positive candidate experience & effectively communicate the organization’s values and culture
• Optimize recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency & effectiveness.

Experience:

• BA degree in HR, Business Admin or a related field
• 4 years Life Science recruitment experience
• English & French or Italian fluency
