Talent Acquisition Consultant – Life Science (Temporary Contract)
Italian & English language required.
We are currently supporting a leading biotechnology company in Zug in identifying a Talent Acquisition (TA) Consultant to join their European recruitment team on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Life science roles across Europe, with a focus on commercial, sales and field-based positions.
- Support hiring managers in developing recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Work closely with HR and leadership to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
- Coordinate and execute sourcing activities using tools like Eightfold and SuccessFactors (SAP).
- Contribute to the expansion of the European talent function, particularly in building new salesforces and market presence.
- Maintain accurate documentation and candidate records in ATS and CRM tools.
Profile:
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, within life sciences or a regulated industry.
- Proven track record in hiring commercial roles (e.g., Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access).
- Experience working in a scaling or build-up environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with SuccessFactors (SAP) and Eightfold AI or similar recruitment platforms.
- Language skills: Fluent in English and Italian. Additional European languages are a plus.
