Sales Representative – Western Switzerland
We are recruiting for an established and growing Swiss company in the medical technology sector. 
To further develop an existing and well-established territory, we are looking for a strong salesperson with industry expertise and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and further develop an existing sales territory
• Advise and support specialist retailers, doctors and clinics
• Proactively acquire new customers and prescribers
• Implement the company’s sales and marketing strategy in the region
• Build long-term partnerships by offering added value beyond the product
• Maintain a balanced focus between account management and business development

Your Profile

• Background as an Orthopaedic Technician, training in orthopaedic technology or solid industry/market knowledge
• Several years of sales experience (ideally 5+ years) in a related field
• Network and experience within braces, orthoses, compression products or related medical devices
• Existing contacts with doctors, clinics or specialist orthopaedic retailers are a strong advantage
• Strong sales drive combined with a customer- and service-oriented mindset
• Independent, structured and entrepreneurial way of working
• Fluent in German and French, Swiss German and English advantageous

This is a 100% Home/Field-Based position with high travel requirements in the region.
