Sales Consultant – Life Science Recruitment (Entry-Level) Ever wanted to get really good at something – and enjoy the ride?
We’re growing our team and are looking for graduates and early-career professionals who want to properly kick off a career in recruitment and consultative sales within the Life Sciences industry.
Whether you’re fresh from university, have gained first exposure to sales, recruiting, consulting, or customer-facing roles – what matters most is your curiosity, drive and motivation.
You’ll learn from experienced consultants, work with leading Pharma, Biotech and Medical Device companies across Switzerland, and gradually take ownership of your own market. Structured support, real responsibility, and a steep learning curve included.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Learn how to find great talent: Support the sourcing, identification, and engagement of high-quality professionals in the Life Sciences market, with a strong focus on contract roles.
- Grow into full-cycle recruitment: From job intake and candidate interviews to offers and placements — you’ll learn the full recruitment process step by step.
- Build client relationships: Work with an existing client base, understand their hiring needs, and support them with tailored recruitment solutions.
- Develop commercial skills: Contribute to new business activities and learn consultative, value-based selling in a professional environment.
- Build your network: Connect with candidates and clients, attend industry events, and grow your personal market presence over time.
- Be part of the team: Work closely with colleagues and leadership, share ideas, learn fast, and support each other.
WHAT YOU BRING
- A university degree or equivalent practical experience.
- First exposure to sales, recruiting, consulting, or customer-facing roles (internships, student jobs, traineeships all count).
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in people.
- Motivation to learn, take responsibility, and grow in a performance-driven environment.
- Professional fluency in German (must-have) and English. French or Italian is a plus.
- Swiss or EU work permit.
- And yes — be a nice person. We mean it!
