Quality GDP Specialist

Location: Basel, Switzerland

We are supporting a global pharma company in Basel looking for a GDP Quality Specialist to join on a 6-month consulting assignment.
This is a hands-on, operational role focused on distribution quality and warehouse oversight, supporting day-to-day GDP activities during a team transition.
You will work closely with the Quality Lead and collaborate with supply chain, warehouse teams, and Responsible Persons (RP).

Responsibilities

• Oversight of warehouse operations from a GDP perspective
• Review of documentation, records, and inbound shipments
• Management of deviations, investigations, and CAPAs
• Complaint handling and returns processing
• Coordination with supply chain and customer service
• Working in Veeva and SAP S/4HANA
• Supporting ongoing process harmonization activities

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Quality (GxP environment)
• Strong knowledge of GDP (Good Distribution Practice)
• Experience in distribution / supply chain quality
• Hands-on experience with Deviations, Complaints, Returns, Warehouse oversight
• Familiarity with Veeva and/or SAP
