Product Development Manager
On-site, Lausanne l Full-time l Permanent contract

Our client is an innovative company in the health and longevity sector, focused on developing science-driven nutrition and personal care products. They are looking for a Product Development Manager to drive product innovation from concept to commercialisation across a diverse portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch across nutrition and personal care categories
• Develop and refine formulations in collaboration with internal scientists and external partners
• Coordinate pilot and industrial scale-up activities with contract manufacturers, including on-site support
• Act as a key interface between R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain teams across Switzerland and the USA
• Manage project timelines, technical documentation, and cross-functional deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in product development within nutrition, supplements, cosmetics, or consumer health
• Strong understanding of formulation, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle management
• Experience working in cross-functional and international environments
• Fluent in English (French and/or German is a plus)
