Office Assistant

Workload: 60% – 80%, flexible with office presence required
Are you a proactive, organized, and multilingual professional? We are seeking an Office Assistant to provide seamless support across day-to-day tasks and strategic responsibilities.
Your Tasks:
- Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, assisting in both small errands and high-impact, strategic responsibilities.
- Organize and coordinate travel, manage scheduling, and prioritize tasks as the CEO’s trusted right-hand.
- Assist in building operational processes and support the CEO in growing the Switzerland operations.
- Oversee payroll and expense management, ensuring smooth financial transactions.
- Support the broader team when necessary, requiring at least three days of office presence weekly.
Your Profile:
- Fluent in French, German, and English (Spanish is a plus).
- Independent, solution-oriented, and adaptable, able to anticipate the needs of the CEO with ease.
- Comfortable managing a mix of administrative and executive tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
