Director Clinical Development

We are seeking a Director of Clinical Development to lead the medical and strategic efforts behind ongoing evidence generation. This role is key to supporting market expansion and long-term product positioning.

Your Tasks:

• Drive the development and execution of evidence generation strategies to support commercialization and market access.
• Provide medical and scientific leadership ensuring seamless progression from late-stage development to post-marketing activities.
• Guide protocol development, study design, and clinical data interpretation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with regulatory, commercial, and market access teams to align clinical deliverables with business goals.
• Act as a senior expert and coach for the clinical development team, ensuring knowledge transfer and operational continuity from day one.
• Support internal decision-making with clinical insights and risk mitigation strategies.
• Represent Clinical Development in cross-functional leadership discussions.
• Directly oversee and contribute to trial execution, ensuring seamless progression from late-stage development to post-marketing activities.

Your Profile:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or equivalent life sciences degree.
• Extensive experience in clinical development, specifically within pediatrics, neuromuscular, neuroscience, or neurology
• Hands-on experience in writing and executing clinical protocols, with a strong operational focus.
• Proven ability to translate clinical data into strategic evidence generation plans.
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with regulatory, market access, and commercial teams.
