Learning & Development Expert Consultant

On behalf of our client, a Swiss multinational manufacturing company for the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a Learning & Development Expert Consultant. 

The main objective of this position is to drive the establishment of a central Learning and Development (L&D) function within the organization, strategically aligning employee development initiatives with business objectives and industry standards.

Your Tasks: 

• Analyze existing L&D practices, resources, and technologies.
• Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT).
• Establish benchmarks against industry standards.
• Map key stakeholders and develop a communication plan.
• Gather stakeholder insights to understand learning needs and preferences.
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders with the L&D strategy.
• Develop a strategic plan with clear objectives and timelines.
• Identify required resources and technologies.
• Assist in developing an implementation roadmap.
• Recommend L&D technologies and platforms.
• Support pilot L&D programs.
• Develop change management strategies.
• Facilitate communication and training programs.
• Monitor implementation progress and adjust strategies.
• Establish metrics to assess L&D effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Stay informed on L&D trends and innovations.

Your Profile: 

• Bachelor in HR or related disciplines, preferred Psychology or Industrial Organization
• English (C1 level)
• Visionary strategist with strong analytical and interpersonal skills, adept at driving organizational change and fostering excellence in L&D practices.
