Lead Reliability Engineer

Our Pharmaceutical Partner with state of art production site, is seeking support for their Maintenance Excellence Team in Schaffhausen. We are seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer with extensive experience in builing and executin Reliability Programs. 
Start date can be flexible, as it is a longterm project (minimum 2 years). 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a Reliability Program on site in coordination with MAM/Operations to reduce downtime.
• Establish and lead a team to support reliability initiatives.
• Design and implement organizational structures conducive to reliability improvement.
• Collaborate closely with MAM and Operations teams to drive progress and ensure alignment with overall objectives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a senior engineer.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in reliability projects and methodologies.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to engage and convince stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen with the capability to demonstrate the progress and benefits of reliability programs.
