Our client, a Swiss Pharmaceutical company specializing in innovative medicines for rare diseases, is in the process of launching their first commercial product. They are seeking an HR Operations Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the HR department.

Your Tasks: 

  • Oversee payroll processing for employees in both Switzerland and the European Union), ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage the drafting, negotiation, and execution of employment contracts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation, including employee files, contracts, and other relevant paperwork.
  • Stay abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations in Switzerland and the EU.
  • Facilitate the procurement of work permits for employees as needed, liaising with relevant authorities and departments.
  • Oversee various HR administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel file management.
  • Coordinate the issuance of reference letters for current and former employees, adhering to company guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Administer long-term incentive programs, including stock options or other incentive plans, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee the administration of car allowances or other employee benefits related to transportation.
  • Coordinate sickness and accident reporting and management processes, providing support to employees and liaising with relevant parties as necessary.
  • Manage and optimize HRIS platforms to streamline HR processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities. Utilize HRIS for payroll processing, employee data management, benefits administration, and reporting.

Your Profile: 

  • HR Federal Certification or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations management, with a focus on payroll, contracts, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of Swiss and EU labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems.
