Head of International Development
An innovative french-swiss company in the pharmaceutical and natural health sector is seeking a Head of International Development to lead their expansion into South America, Africa, and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with a CEO with over 50 years of industry experience, aiming to bring natural health solutions to new markets.
We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, a vision for natural health willing to travel regularly, to learn from the Cofounder and CEO and become his successor on the Swiss and International Headquarter.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Market Development: Develop and execute strategies to enter high-potential markets, particularly South America and Africa, identifying opportunities and managing regulatory requirements.
- Partnership & Alliance Building: Build B2B partnerships with regional distributors, healthcare organizations, and industry leaders aligned with the company’s natural health mission.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Coordinate with internal teams (product development, marketing, and finance) to ensure strategic alignment on international projects.
- Revenue & Market Share Expansion: Own revenue targets, driving growth in both pharmaceutical and supplement sectors.
- Market Intelligence & Adaptation: Monitor international developments, adjusting strategies to optimize competitiveness and compliance.
- Company Growth: Partner with the President of the company and the external investor
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Sales or Business Management.
- Proven B2B experience in the pharma, supplements, or natural health sectors.
- Proficiency in French, English, and German.
- Passionate about natural health and driven to build a global presence.
