We are seeking an experienced Market Access Expert to drive global product strategy for essential therapies in rare diseases. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing market access strategies to ensure country affiliates achieve favorable product access and optimal reimbursement.

Your Tasks: 

• Design and execute market access strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Collaborate with RWE teams to support pricing and reimbursement.
• Strengthen value propositions for existing rare disease products.
• Develop and update global market access tools (e.g., value dossiers).
• Support affiliates in adapting global value stories to local markets.
• Provide negotiation support and training for reimbursement discussions.

Your Profile:

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in global market access, with a focus on rare diseases.
• Strong track record in developing access strategies and tools.
• Experience with real-world evidence and reimbursement in the EU.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English.
