On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Facility Management Coordinator to support the smooth running of daily office operations.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and internal stakeholders
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general requests in a timely manner
- Support coordination of visitor access and general office logistics
- Assist with day to day office operations including mail and administrative tasks
- Monitor and restock office supplies and shared resources
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and functional workspace
- Support general facility related tasks and team activities as needed
Requirements
- Background in administration, office support, or a similar field
- Previous experience in a comparable role is preferred
- Organized and reliable with a hands on approach
- Strong communication skills and service oriented mindset
- Flexible and able to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- German and English required
