Clinical Research Physician – Director / Senior Director Level

We’re supporting an innovative biotech company in their search for a seasoned Clinical Research Physician to lead the design, execution, and oversight of international clinical trials in autoimmune diseases. This is a strategic and hands-on medical leadership role – one where your input won’t just matter, it will define the direction of their development pipeline.

What you’ll do:
✔ Lead end-to-end clinical development for autoimmune programs, from Phase I to Phase IV
✔ Act as Medical Monitor – ensuring safety, data integrity, and alignment with global regulatory standards
✔ Collaborate cross-functionally with Biostats, Regulatory, PV, and Medical Affairs across Europe and the US
✔ Engage with KOLs, advisory boards, and health authorities – representing the company at a high scientific level

What you bring:
✔ MD with board certification (Rheumatology, Internal Medicine, or related field)
✔ 5+ years in industry clinical development, ideally in autoimmune diseases
✔ Strong regulatory know-how (IND/NDA/BLA) and experience in global trial execution
✔ Clear communicator, team-oriented, and excited to mentor and share knowledge
