Construction Manager (external)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with project experience in the pharmaceutical industry. In this role you ensure the successful oversight and execution of major infrastructure projects as part of our clients Site Master Plan. 

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the construction process for buildings and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Oversee and provide direction to the Construction Management firm, General Contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. Act as the liaison between engineering, architects, and suppliers.
• Manage resources, scope, planning work schedules, and construction phasing and sequencing.
• Monitor building progress and costs, ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain and promote a safe site, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• 8+ years in construction management, within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to manage and coordinate large teams and complex projects.
• Strong understanding of construction safety standards and regulations.
• Client Representative experience
