CAPEX Lead 

For our clients infrastructure project, the CAPEX Lead oversees the design, execution, and handover of investment projects (1–50 MCHF). This role involves managing multinational project teams, ensuring compliance with safety, cost, schedule, and quality requirements, and collaborating with senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead CAPEX projects from initiation to handover, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline adherence.
• Implement risk, cost, and schedule controls; conduct regular project reviews.
• Define and manage project resources (internal & external).
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Oversee project handover, training, and documentation.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Plant, or similar).
• 5–10 years in engineering, with at least 5 in CAPEX projects (infrastructure).
• Proven project management and leadership in large-scale, international projects.
• Strong contract management, project control, and technical expertise in infrastructure (energy, wastewater, etc.).
• HSE knowledge and interdisciplinary understanding.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in German & English.
