Regional Business Manager – Middle East

POSITION OVERVIEW
This is a senior regional commercial role responsible for overseeing distributor relationships and market development across the Middle East, with a focus on countries in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and Turkey.
The ideal candidate will combine strong experience in capital equipment sales—preferably within urology or surgical robotics—with strategic acumen and a deep understanding of the regional healthcare landscape. They will act as the company’s primary commercial representative in the region and will be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage, support, and develop distributor partnerships across the Middle East, with a focus on Turkey and key Gulf states
- Act as the primary liaison for regional distributors, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives
- Drive performance through strategic guidance, local engagement, and on-the-ground support
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to improved market penetration
- Evaluate go-to-market models and support potential transitions, including future direct sales approaches
- Provide clinical and commercial support during product demonstrations, evaluations, and launches
- Collaborate closely with global marketing, clinical, and operations teams to ensure regional needs are met
- Deliver insights into market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to guide strategy
REQUIREMENTS
Professional Background
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in capital sales within the medical device industry
- Strong experience working with distributor networks in the Middle East
- Knowledge of urology, robotics, or surgical technologies highly preferred
- Track record of successful regional business development and relationship management
- Experience navigating clinical sales environments and engaging with surgeons, hospital administrators, and procurement stakeholders

Education & Language Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Fluency in English is required
- Arabic and/or Turkish language skills are highly desirable
