Associate Director, International Marketing

Our client is an innovative global biotech company operating in the rare disease space. They are seeking a strategic and hands-on Associate Director, International Marketing to support international commercial activities for a key specialty care franchise.
This hybrid role is based in Zug, with close collaboration across regional, country, medical, and market access teams.
Responsibilities
- Support and challenge country teams to localize global strategy while ensuring international alignment
- Drive and track execution of key cross-functional marketing initiatives across priority markets
- Develop and deliver regional tactical platforms and materials to support local execution
- Partner closely with medical and market access teams on patient identification and access strategies
- Ensure high-quality forecasting, launch tracking, and performance monitoring across countries
Requirements
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent); scientific background preferred
- 10+ years of commercial experience in pharma/biotech, ideally within rare diseases or specialty care
- Proven experience in international marketing and product launches
- Strong understanding of market access and specialty care commercialization
- Fluent English; strong stakeholder management and matrix leadership skills
