Job Summary

For this unique role, are seeking a highly creative, technically strong innovator to join our Digital & Innovation team as an AI Innovation Strategist. Youou will bridge R&D, clinical leadership, and technology—rapidly prototyping AI-enabled solutions that accelerate discovery, development, and clinical decision-making. You will work closely with scientific, clinical, and data leaders to translate high-impact ideas into real-world tools, operating in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Partner with R&D and Clinical Leadership to identify high-value scientific and operational opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
• Rapidly translate complex research and clinical needs into functional technical prototypes.
• Design and build rapid prototypes using modern technologies (e.g., Python, React, Lovable, n8n, automation tools, AI frameworks).
• Orchestrate workflows, integrations, and agent-based automations using n8n and low-code platforms.
• Leverage Lovable and AI-powered IDEs to accelerate full-stack prototyping and iteration cycles.
• Apply creative problem-solving to complex R&D, clinical development, and data challenges.
• Iterate quickly from concept to prototype to production-ready solutions.
• Continuously scout emerging AI technologies and best practices relevant to biomedical innovation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software development and rapid prototyping.
• Strong ability to translate scientific, clinical, or operational needs into technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience building workflows, automations, or integrations using low-code / no-code platforms (e.g., n8n, Lovable).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
