We’re looking for a 360 recruiter who enjoys the commercial side of the job, someone who’s energised by speaking with clients, opening doors, growing accounts, and building a strong presence in their market.
You’ll work with Life Science companies across Europe and own both BD and delivery. If you like a role where you can make things happen, build real client partnerships, and see the direct impact of your work, this could be a great fit.

WHAT YOU’LL DODrive Business Development

  • Reach out to new companies and introduce them to headcount’s way of working.
  • Build relationships with decision makers and become a trusted point of contact.
  • Follow up intentionally, keep conversations moving, and create opportunities through persistence and good timing.
  • Grow existing accounts by spotting needs early and offering practical solutions.

A Full 360 Desk

  • Run intake calls with hiring managers and understand the real story behind each role.
  • Find and assess candidates who match both the skill set and the team’s culture.
  • Present shortlists clearly and manage expectations on both sides.
  • Guide candidates through interviews and handle offer stages smoothly and confidently.

Take Ownership of Your Market

  • Develop expertise in your niche and keep track of who’s hiring, expanding, or shifting strategy.
  • Share insights and collaborate with colleagues when opportunities overlap.
  • Build your reputation so clients and candidates come back to you.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 2+ years of agency recruitment experience, including client interaction and BD.
  • Confidence in driving conversations and turning interest into active roles.
  • A natural feel for relationship-building.
  • Experience managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Fluency in English; German, French or Italian is a plus.
  • A straightforward, professional way of working.
