Time Frame

 

  • We can normally be up and running within a calendar week on a particular project (100% dedicated FTE)
  • Time frames vary based on the volume of candidates, type of role, the extent of information required, and total manpower required
  • For example, a large volume name generation project in Medical Affairs will be completed more quickly than a full detail mapping in for a targeted group in Regulatory
  • Our rule of thumb is two business days to one day of mapping for completion of the project
  • With two week’s notice, it is usually possible to dedicate three FTEs to a project

Output

 

  • Results are normally delivered in Excel format with candidate’s details as required (i.e. Name, Position, email, phone number, short interview notes)
  • Results can also be delivered as a PowerPoint presentation with insights, conclusions, and graphics to be delivered to an internal audience
  • Another option is to deliver an organizational chart for various departments within a competitor
  • We can also deliver CVs of candidates who have already been pre-screened for a particular role (this is similar to regular recruitment, but there is no placement fee, just the initial cost of the mapping, regardless of how many people are hired)
