For our client, an established Swiss generics company with a growing Consumer Healthcare portfolio of 300+ products and 20 active registrations, we are seeking a Brand Manager. Located 30 minutes from Basel, this role offers the chance to shape leading brands, drive strategic growth in the Cold & Flu category, and play a key role in future product launches. Your Role & Responsibilities
- Drive the strategic and operational management of leading consumer healthcare brands, focusing on the Cold & Flu category
- Plan and execute impactful product launches and continuously grow the existing brand portfolio
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans
- Create and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and digital engagement
- Lead market and competitive analysis as well as regular market research among healthcare professionals and consumers
Your Profile
- University or applied sciences degree with a focus on marketing, or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in product or brand management within the consumer healthcare sector, including product launches
- Strong knowledge of the Swiss pharmacy and drugstore market, combined with a solid medical/pharmaceutical background
- Creative thinker with the courage to implement innovative communication strategies
- Self-starter with excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to stay focused in fast-paced environments
- Native-level German, with strong English and French skills (spoken and written)
