Overview: 

We are looking for an experienced interim leader to head a Business Unit in Devices across the DACH region. This role emphasizes capital equipment, including hospital beds, monitoring, and mobile communication devices. The ideal candidate will ensure business continuity, team stability, and strategic execution during a critical transition period.

Your Tasks:

• Lead the BU across DACH with a focus on capital equipment
• Manage a nine-figure revenue portfolio with full responsibility
• Reinforce business momentum and operational continuity
• Drive effective distributor engagement and ensure marketing alignment
• Optimize team structure and foster talent development

Your Profile: 

• Proven leadership in capital equipment and rental markets 
• Solid interim management track record (or comparable experience)
• Deep understanding of the German healthcare landscape and distributor network 
• Knowledge of operations including supply chain, procurement and GTM strategies 
• Experience with connected devices, software, SaaS solutions
• Strong understanding of cash flow in the capital segment
• Fluent in German and English
