Lab Technician QC Microbiology (60-100%)

Our client is an established company in pharmaceutical production in Bern. Due to increasing workload, we are seeking temporary support in the QC microbiology laboratory, starting asap. Workload can be anything starting from 60%, so also ideal if you prefer working part-time. 

Responsibilities

• Conducting microbiological, biochemical, and instrumental test methods
• Ensuring quality standards for laboratory work according to GMP or ISO 17025
• Aseptic work techniques in a GMP environment
• Classic laboratory work in vaccine testing
• Documentation according to regulatory requirements in German
• Utilizing LIMS and common office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Requirements

• Laboratory experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Completed training as a biological laboratory technician, biology pharmacist, or similar qualification
• Solid expertise in microbiological methods, GMP/GDP experience required
• Strong German skills required (documentation in German), basic English skills
• Experience with LIMS and standard Outlook, Word, Excel
