Our client is a biotech company specializing in aging science within the nutrition and beauty sectors. As they expand their R&D efforts, they are seeking a Research Scientist with proven expertise in hair biology.
Reporting to the R&D Director, Skin & Hair Science, this role focuses on leading research projects to uncover the molecular and cellular mechanisms behind hair longevity and identify groundbreaking innovations for its regulation.

Responsibilities

• Lead research on molecular and cellular mechanisms of hair longevity

• Identify innovations in hair regulation

• Develop and optimize 2D and 3D culture models

• Analyze data to uncover targets, markers, and advanced technologies

• Collaborate with lab members on multidisciplinary approaches

Requirements

• A PhD in a hair-related biology field

• Significant experience in hair research

• Strong expertise in cellular and molecular biology

• Essential experience working with 3D culture models, such as reconstructed hair follicles
