CQ Manager (Commissioning & Qualification)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage C&Q schedules 
• Oversee execution readiness, document preparation, and resource allocation
• Manage C&Q execution, including FATs, SATs, and onsite test cases
• Track progress, maintain cost reports, and ensure system handover
• Support Clean Utilities PQ
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures
• Act as SME in inspections and audits
• Train and oversee the C&Q team

Requirements:

• 10+ years in C&Q management
• Experience in large-scale projects (>50m CHF)
• Strong background in Small Molecules and API manufacturing
• Fluency in English & German
