About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Global Clinical Trial Manager (gCTM) to lead and oversee international clinical trials across all phases (I-IV). This role ensures timely and high-quality execution of global trials, from start-up to closeout, in compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements. The gCTM will collaborate closely with CROs, vendors, and clinical sites to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Clinical Trial Teams (CTTs) to ensure seamless trial execution.
• Oversee vendor selection, scope of work, performance management, and issue resolution.
• Ensure trial compliance, audit readiness, and adherence to SOPs.
• Develop and manage trial timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead protocol development, site feasibility, and subject retention strategies.
• Coordinate investigator meetings, training sessions, and regulatory submissions.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech clinical development.
• Proven track record in global clinical trial management, including CRO and vendor oversight.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in rare disease trials is a plus.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.
