Reliability Engineer

In the context of establishing a durable asset reliability framework, for our client in Schaffhausen we recruit a Reliability Engineer to support the excisting team on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall progress of the asset reliability framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
• Track and analyse KPIs such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and unplanned downtime for all departments
• Coordinate and hold regular meetings with all reliability engineers to review project status and provide guidance
• Provide support to the reliability engineering team
• Evaluate ongoing reliability projects and track advancements to ensure successful implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and establish a long-term reliability roadmap for the site
• Identify areas of improvement within the asset reliability framework and develop strategies for continuous enhancement
• Foster a culture of reliability and accountability among reliability engineers
