Biosample Operations Lead 50%
The Biosample Operations Lead is responsible for managing the end-to-end handling of clinical trial samples, including collection, tracking, shipment, and vendor coordination.
You will work closely with clinical teams, labs, and external partners to ensure samples are handled correctly, delivered on time, and fully compliant with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate biosample collection, shipment, and tracking

• Translate study protocols into operational lab processes

• Manage external vendors and laboratory partners

• Ensure proper documentation and chain of custody

• Monitor timelines and resolve issues proactively

• Collaborate with clinical teams and scientists

• Ensure compliance with GxP and GLP standards

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences

• 6+ years of experience in biotech or pharma (GxP experience)

• Strong background in biosample operations and clinical trials

• Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
