Summary
We are seeking a reliable IT System Administrator to support and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure in Basel. This onsite role (60% workload) focuses on ensuring stable system operations, supporting users, and maintaining secure and efficient IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows servers, networks, and core IT infrastructure
• Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting for users and systems
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and device configuration
• Monitor system performance, backups, and security updates
• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
• Document IT procedures and assist with infrastructure improvements

Qualifications

• Experience in IT system administration or IT support roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, networking, and hardware support
• Problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage
