Talent Acquisition Partner (6-Month Contract) We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support a high-growth European hiring scope within the pharma industry on a 6-month contract.
This is a Zurich-based, hands-on role working closely with hiring managers across Europe. The focus is delivery, sourcing strength, and mature stakeholder partnership.
This role suits someone who is comfortable operating independently, close to the business, and trusted by hiring managers to get things done.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of recruitment processes across multiple European markets
- Direct partnership with hiring managers on role definition, prioritisation, and hiring strategy
- Hands-on sourcing and proactive market mapping
- Running searches independently with minimal supervision
- Managing multiple roles in parallel while maintaining quality and candidate experience
- Providing clear, pragmatic updates on pipeline and progress
Requirements
- 5+ years of in-house Talent Acquisition experience
- Strong, proven sourcing and market mapping capability
- Experience supporting fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments
- Fluent English plus Spanish, Italian, French, or a combination
