WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Find exceptional talent: Source, identify, and deliver high-quality talent to the Life Science industry across Europe.
- Own the game: From job intake to signed offer – sourcing, presenting and negotiating – it’s all yours.
- Engage with clients: Actively participate in client interactions with our strong existing client base, understanding their unique needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Grow relationships: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the expansion of our client base within the Pharma/Biotech & Devices sectors.
- Build your network: Attend industry events, grow your network, and become a go-to person in your market.
- Be part of the crew: Be on eye-level with your colleagues and our leadership, share your ideas, support your team.
WHAT YOU BRING
- A minimum of 2–3 years’ agency recruitment experience (Life Science or related industries background is a bonus, but not mandatory).
- Proven commercial acumen and consultative selling ability.
- A track record of finding and delivering talent across borders.
- A genuine drive to create an outstanding experience for clients and candidates.
- Professional fluency in English and German, French or Italian would be the cherry on top.
- EU or Swiss work permit.
- And yes — be a nice person. We mean it.
