Anna is a Talent Acquisition Consultant with a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational and Social Psychology. Her work in Clinical Psychology has enabled her to better understand profiles, especially those closer to her area of study .i.e. Neuroscience.

She has been a recruiter and consultant for 4 years and has gained recruiting experience in various industries in Switzerland. For the last year she has been focusing exclusively on the Life Sciences industry. She has gained experience in both boutique companies as well as in large international recruiting firms. Anna is fluent in German, English and Russian, speaks French and is currently learning Italian.

Besides working on ongoing vacancies Anna is also leading a strategic project regarding business growth.

Her passion for professional, scientific driven recruitment and working in a respectful, ethical and supportive environment has led her to headcount.
