SAP SD Expert – 12 months

Our client is an international pharmaceutical company based in Basel, Switzerland which is about to commercialise their first product, with several others on the way. They’ve matured from a R&D organisation to a fully fledged and market ready organisation, where many things are still being developed, optimised and changed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

_Work together with business function to assess user needs & provide support

_Communicate all system related issues, updates & fixes to IT teams & vendors

_Ensure customer satisfaction through user support, troubleshooting & system maintenance

_Manage system release process, vendors & plan validation activities

_Provide end user training

REQUIREMENTS

_ SAP S4 (SD module) Process & Configuration experience

_Knowledge of global trade compliance & master data requirements

_Experience in providing end user training

_GxP experience

_Fluent in English
